The Swingtime Sweethearts

The Swingtime Sweethearts are Annie Riley & Le’arna Ashleigh, both successful solo artists, with a combined experience of over 12 years. Their affection for the forties has brought them together to perform as the Swingtime Sweethearts. Their wide range of songs from the 1940s, wartime & swing, includes the hits of Vera Lynn, The Andrews Sisters, Anne Shelton, Ella Fitzgerald and Glenn Miller. The girls have been very busy since meeting just over 3 years ago, performing at many venues including Blenheim Palace, The Glenn Miller Festival, Goodwood Revival, The Royal Hospital Chelsea and Trafalgar Square for Veterans’ Day. The Swingtime Sweethearts were invited to visit the The Dame Vera Lynn Trust for Children with Cerebral Palsy and given a tour of the School for Parents. They have generously agreed to be ambassadors for the charity. We were honoured to have them at the Celebration Dinner on 10th October and thank them for all their hard work throughout the evening.
