Fundraising & Events
If you are an individual,company or group of friends we have lots of events, challenges and all sorts of fun things you can get involved with to raise funds for The Dame Vera Lynn Trust.
Challenge Events: Do you love a Challenge? Take a look at our page opposite to see all the various activities you can take part in and fundraise for us. You can do anything from cycling to Paris, treking the Great Wall of China, sailing to the Channel Islands, skydiving or walk Hadrian's Wall. Please visit the links for each event to register and set-up your fundraising page.

The easiest way to get your friends and family to sponsor you for an event you are taking part in is to set-up your own page on Just Giving and link this to the event you are taking part in. We do have a list of all our organised events for West Sussex and Suffolk on our Just Giving page www.justgiving.com/dvltrust Please contact the trust office if you require any help in setting-up your Just Giving pages.
We receive great support from the community, parents, grandparents and corporates and are always happy to welcome people to visit our School for Parents to see how the money raised goes towards helping our families.
Past Events: Do take a look at our Past Events page opposite to see some of the events that have taken place over the last year and raised funds for the Trust. We could not have done this without our supporters and would like to thank them all.
We do send out a Newsletter in the Autumn each year and our newsletters are available to download from the website under the following link: http://www.dvltrust.org.uk/dame_vera_lynn_trust/about_us/publications.html
During this year we will be sending out e-newletters to keep our supporters updated with details of all the events and challenges coming up. If we do not have your email details please contact us so that we can add them to your record. If you are not registered on our database and would like to receive updates from the Trust please let us know. You can also follow us on our Facebook and Twitter pages to see what is going on by clicking on the links on the website.
